I check each item before sending them out but sometimes, things happen. If there is an issue with an order, photographic proof of the problem must be provided within 1 week of receiving the order in order to claim a refund, so check your items as soon as you get them!
You will have to send the item back, and refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
